Dancing with the Dead is an adult webcomic unearthed by yours truly. After three years of development, it launched on January 14th, 2022 and has been haunting my mind since. It's a blend of character relationships, spooky hijinks, and undead tiddy action.
Set in a North Yorkshire hamlet miles from a single human, a post office, or thankfully Sheffield, Woodsgrave is occupied by the undead and micromanaged to death by unchanging hamlet politics. Their human familiars, terminally bored and starting to think homelessness might be a better deal, assist with the day-to-day. Most vampire denizens live beneath the chapel mausoleum; the more fortunate occupy cottages and offsite estates. Nobody is particularly interested in revolution when there's cheap alcohol, things to throw at the village necrophile, and the general comfort of sitting about in immortal depression.
That is, until a longtime rogue vampire and his banshee girlfriend find themselves initiated, and things in Woodsgrave might finally start moving.

Episode 19 is here! This got delayed by some last-minute meddling and one extremely unexpected side-project that you'll see on the lair very soon but we got it in one piece. Now I've got to add torture to the content warning. I've been preparing for another trip to Chicago, this time I'm staying further south with Astro for about a week and getting so fuckin' zoinked man! I'm gonna prep for episode 20, also known as the one where Edgar gets pelted to near-death by a dozen chairs. I'm very excited to do it but the crowd scenes...and the action scenes...and the HOOGH! Let's hope we can get this one to come near halloween, or maybe a few days after. Hey, all souls you know?
30/08/26 update:
We're going down to Heathrow for the Chicago trip tomorrow! But before that, have an impromptu site redesign! We got icons, fonts, bullets, a trippy background, new character stuff on the wiki-pages, a hamburger menu that doesn't make me want to kill myself, and MORE! We've got a ton of side-projects going on but we'll be starting Episode 20 roughly once we get back. I'm just being deathgripped by a sudden obsession with The Big Bopper of all things. So goodbye England and HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BABY!
